The Product Manager is a member of a product development team who is responsible for creating and driving the product development process from concept through production for the assigned category. This critical role is responsible for the overall management and performance of the assigned product line, including the establishment and maintenance of a product development plan to ensure all key milestones are achieved. The successful product manager works collaboratively with the creative, marketing, sales and operations teams. This position has full product P&L responsibility which impacts the overall performance of the assigned category.
Responsibilities and Duties
Analyzes the category on an ongoing basis to make recommendations for product status changes, add/drops to the line, or recommend line needs.

Business Acumen:
Experience in the product development lifecycle is a required along with strong business and financial acumen. A strong understanding of gross margin. Ability to use data analytics to guide decisions & judgment.

Works to deliver the product development plan and achieve the business goals set for the Everyday category. Puts customer first when making decisions. Strong ability to organize and drive development plans forward to hit deadlines and launch dates.
Problem Solving:
Strong data management and project management skills required. The ability to find solutions and remove obstacle are required; understands the impact of decisions.
Strategic Agility-Understands key relationships relevant to achieving short & long-range objectives.
